Oh my goodness... last night...
Matt, Danny, Kriss, Anoop and Allison will be the five top vote getters and have no worries about stayin another week.
Lil and Alexis had less than stellar performances, but I don't think they're in trouble.
Megan, Scott, Michael and Adam were the worst of the bunch...
Scott just because he's not singing well.... it's a singing, not piano competition. (but jesus people like him)
Megan is terrible and i wanted to shoot myself when the judges all praised her, i don't care if she's sick!! i laughed out loud several times during her performance. it was kinda like a drag queen with no control of their vocal chords decided to use a fake singing voice... and was only allowed to move their upper body while singing (movements were less weird this week, but still hilarious).
Michael was just forgettable... i still like him and find his weird mouth closed singing strange, but he is the most country sounding... so he has that behind him.
Adam, adam, adam... WTF!!! i think he's doing somekind of experiment to see how crazy his fans are because that was dreadful... his vocals were fine besides the creepy, creepy, creepy nature and destroying of a classic song. the arrangment was stupid and so indulgent i thought he might start making out with his hand or something. i really believe he has enough fans already to survive that total f'in weirdness though.
so my guess (and hopes and dreams) is that megan is sent home. for being terrible and for changing her name after the show began... i'm gonna call you corkrey until you die.

So I haven't watched the results show yet, but I just watched last week's Top 11 show. My abbreviated thoughts:
Michael - meh, it was fine. not outstanding but not garish.
Allison - still like her. can she sing quietly though?
Kris - pretty voice, but never has a really attractive boy bored me more.
Lil - well what did they expect? mary j. parton? not good but not bad.
Adam - did I just turn the channel accidentally? has Charter added an Egyptian porn feature? probably the most disturbing thing that has ever occurred on the AI stage, and there was an entire season of Clay Aiken.
Scott - yeah, nice guy, okay voice, not gonna make it far though.
Alexis - good song pick, but agreed with Randy that she just didn't execute it as well as she could/should have.
Danny - what, did you think he would sing a man's song? pssht. please, he is so over that.
Anoop - I enjoy him all the time, but wasn't as in love with this as the judges. not over the moon with the breathiness.
Megan - seriously? Megan Corkrey, Megan Joy Corkrey, Megan Joy? Pick a name, pick a voice, and then get your boobs the hell out of my life. flu or not, I cannot stand her fake b.s. voice.
Matt - enjoyable. I don't know about the Buble comparison, but solid performance.
Well this results show told us a lot. Most importantly, it told us how crazy Adam Lambert's fans are. I don't think it is possible for him to ever perform anything creepier or more questionable than last night's sitar sex song. And yet he was not even in the bottom 3. This confirms that he will in fact make it to the finals, no matter what he does. And I think there is no turning back from this point. It's going to be a freak show, people.
Coming from one of the Lambert fans, I love him! I don't like his creepy looks while he's singing but I love his voice. Blame it on my Californian-ness.
Thank you for the birthday wishes! You girls rock! I'm an old lady now. 28 is really old! Maybe I should go audition for idol this year while I still have a chance. Hahaha. What a joke that would be!
I loved Danny's PYT but I hate when he sings women's songs. He makes me want to punch him. Megan makes me want to do that more, though. I love Anoop, he makes me smile. Matt is good but I have to disagree that he's the same level of unattractive as Elliott. :)
Girls are lame this year. I like Alison but that's it. And honestly, isn't she just like another boy dressed like a girl? Hahaha.
